If 24 hours pass and you still haven't received your ELPs, please contact the offerwall for further assistance."

Offerwalls are third-party providers that allow you to complete offers, surveys, and tasks for ELPs.
How do I contact offerwalls?
To contact offerwalls, use their support section, usually found within the offerwall itself. Most offerwalls have a 'Help' or 'Support' option where you can submit a ticket or request.
Does this require spending money?
You don’t need to spend money to earn ELPs. While some offers may involve a purchase, you can easily skip those and focus on the free ones instead.
Why are my completed offer ELPs held?
Offers over 5,000 ELPs are held for 30 days to reduce chargebacks. In some cases we allow early releases if the user has provided sufficient evidence to our support team, such as screenshots or videos, via Imgur or YouTube.
Why is my balance negative?
If surveys or offers fail to meet provider data standards or are incorrectly completed, providers can issue a chargeback. This will result in a deduction of ELPs and could lead to a negative balance.
Can I change my account email?
We do not allow the change of email addresses once an account is created, for security reasons.
Can I create multiple accounts?
Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and violates our terms of service. We have advanced security measures to detect violations, which will result in a permanent ban. Only one account per household IP address is allowed.
Can I use a VPN?
The use of VPNs goes against our terms and conditions, leading to the immediate termination of your account.
How do I cashout my ELPs?
After accumulating enough ELPs, visit the 'Cashout' section where you can exchange your ELPs for rewards. Please note that new users must earn a minimum of 2000 ELPs before making their first withdrawal.
How long does a cashout take?

Invite friends with your referral link to give them a 200 ELPs bonus when they sign-up, earn 5% of their cashouts for life, and claim rewards when your Available Revenue reaches 1500 ELPs.
