3. Age Requirements and Usage Restrictions

Our services are available only to users who are at least 16 years old with parental consent, or 18 years old without it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we have reason to believe you do not meet these age requirements.

4. Account Management and Penalties

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activities, such as:

• Multiple accounts within the same household
• Use of suspicious internet service providers, IP addresses, or locations
• Engagement in fraudulent activities, such as repeatedly completing the same offers on different OfferWalls
• Use of VPNs or proxies to mask identity

• Use of device emulators to simulate activity
• Manipulation of offers through third-party accounts

5. Offer Credit Holds

We reserve the right to delay the release of offer credits, especially if a user's earned credits exceed a certain limit, set at 5000 ELPs for new users within a 30-day period. Credits may be held for up to 90 days based on the history of offer completions. Offers credit may be with if they have high chargeback rates or show signs of abuse.

6. Referral Codes and Earnings

We retain the right to deactivate referral links or promo codes if misuse or unauthorized usage is detected. This includes cases where a user uses a code widely recognized as belonging to another individual, such as a public figure or content creator, without permission. Additionally, any referral earnings obtained through fraudulent means, misuse, or violation of our terms may be withheld or revoked entirely.

7. Virtual Currency

The on-site currency is represented by ELPs. These have no real-world monetary value and can only be used for cashouts or other site-specific transactions, where 1000 ELPs equate to $1 USD.

8. Reimbursement Policy

Refunds will only be issued if there is an error directly attributed to our site. We cannot issue refunds for mistakes made by cashout partners or incorrect withdrawal addresses. Users must address such issues directly with the provider. No refunds will be given for cashouts sent to banned or restricted PayPal accounts. If PayPal reverses a transaction to our account, we will credit your ELPs once the funds are received.

Refunds will not be processed for:

• Incorrect withdrawal addresses for cryptocurrencies once processed
• Banned or deleted email addresses where gift cards have already been processed

9. Fraud Prevention Measures

To adhere to legal requirements and prevent fraudulent activities, we may require users to complete anti-fraud procedures before any funds are dispatched. Such procedures may include:

• Verification of connection sources
• Switching devices
• Network differentiation verification

10. Promotion Codes

10.1 Promo Code Access: Promo codes are made available as-is and are subject to change or termination at any time. We reserve the right to revoke promo code rewards if it is determined that points were primarily earned through low-reward offers and promo codes.

10.2 Eligibility for Rewards: Promo codes are only available to users who meet all quest requirements and guidelines. Any attempts to exploit or misuse promo codes will result in disqualification from rewards.

10.3 Single Account Policy: Each user is allowed one account to participate in promo codes. Attempts to create multiple accounts for promo code exploitation will lead to account suspension or termination.

11. Earning and Redeeming ELPs

11.1 How to Earn ELPs: You can earn ELPs by participating in various activities such as surveys, offers and in within website events. Rewards will be awarded only after all specified requirements are met.

11.2 Redeeming ELPs: ELPs earned can be redeemed through cashout section. All ELPs must be redeemed within 90 days from the date they are awarded. Unredeemed ELPs after this period may be canceled, reversed, or revoked without notice.

11.3 Reward Availability: Rewards are subject to availability and are typically provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If a selected reward is unavailable, we may offer a similar reward at our discretion.

11.4 Refund Policy for Rewards: Rewards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless agreed otherwise in writing by us.
